By playing to individual teachers’ strengths, the school has appointed TLRs for roles to enable consistency in our approach:
- A Pupil Premium Co-ordinator provides consistent tracking of all pupil premium children;
- The Home-School Liaison TLR holder ensures consistency in approach to all parental support and challenge;
- Booster classes run by the head teacher gives achievement a high profile;
- Access to over twenty different intervention and support strategies focusses on providing the needs for the pupils, rather than pupil groups being created to fit the support package.
