Our systems have been developed to incorporate the following:
- We use ‘google apps’ to share information and create shared edit documents;
- We also use of shared folders in Google Drive for template resources and individual performance management folders.
- We create a shared calendar for the leadership to enable smoother communication and planning;
- The school diary is now shared in a similar way to support planning of events;
- Shared daily memo as a Google Doc to enable key staff to update their own events;
- Minutes are easily accessible;
- Agendas can be shared and staff have editing rights to add items as necessary;
- We have created a shared drive for governors to enable them to communicate effectively and have easier access to documentation.
